Mr. Saravanan Neel comes with close to 3 decades of experience in Human Resources function, IT staffing and Operations. With his in-depth global experience and diverse exposure, he is able to bring to the table the best practices across the world that ensures that the right type of resources meets the right firm or the right team.
He has a stronghold in HR strategizing, Recruitment, implementation including improving employee retention, compensation and entire HR management.
In 2015, Saravanan Co-founded Silver Oak Health, an Employee Assistant Program (EAP) provider for over 200 clients in India offering Emotional Wellbeing Solutions, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, and Diversity / Inclusion programs. He currently is the Chief Operating Officer at Silver Oak Health.
